Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The potential client must provide the names of the people/entities involved in the transaction/dispute so I can clear conflicts. After that, I have a free consultation call to help them assess their options. I will then send an email proposal. If the potential client accepts, I ask them to provide preliminary information and payment through links they can access through any smartphone, tablet or computer. Once those two tasks are completed, I will send the potential client an engagement letter for their review and electronic signature.
