Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My in-person initial consultation with a new client is free/no charge. I prefer in-person meetings as it is a two way interview for both the attorney and the propsective client. If the prospective client retains the Firm I prepare the retainer agreement for the client's review and execution. Once the retainer agreement is executed my staff will open a file wherein the Firm begins work on the matter.
