What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call followed by either an in-person visit or video chat regarding their case. I am set up to send documents for signature electronically, other than those that require an ink signature. I add my clients to a closed system that they can view all documents from their case, send me messages, and view their billing without everything getting lost in email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1/2002, Juris Doctor from Thomas M Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan. I am admitted to practice in Maine, Michigan and New Hampshire.

Family law cases are generally an hourly fee, Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy are generally a flat fee.
