Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every life challenge is different in some way of how it affects individuals. We treat every interaction as different/unique from any we have had prior. We exhibit this by our commitment to engaging with our partners and taking the following steps:
1. Actively listening from the onset.
2. Asking the right questions.
3. Seeking to understand.
4. Listening and repeating step 1, 2 & 3.
5. Formulating a strategy that will work with you as well as for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been successfully coaching for 15 years and counting. More importantly, our "Renew - Revive - Reinvent" coaching sessions will cover:
- Communication 101
- Rebuilding Trust
- Conflict Resolution
- Active Listening
- Self-Awareness & Accountability
- Mediation and Translation
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our charges are per session. Not per hour. Each session is no more than 60 minutes but can be extended if needed.
How did you get started in this business?
Followed my passion to help others. Coaching and life issues have always been my "superpower" as it has always made sense to me. I have the skill set to help others so I stayed at it and 15 years later, that passion is still there.
Your relationship is important. When you allow me to be a part of that, I know you will be needing my best and that is exactly what I will provide you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Didn't know there were types of people. I thought they were just people? To say "types" puts people in a box and we do not condone that.
So the types of people that we work with are those needing help, are about to give up, or don't know how to resolve things. In short, those that are looking to better their relationship are the people we work with.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
1. Do not move on emotion.
2. Know you're hiring them.
3. Be open.
4. Know what you want the outcome to be.
5. Excuse your EGO from the moment.
Ask yourself are you ready to commit to the change that the interaction with a coach will bring about.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. What do you want?
2. Why do you want it?
3. What would success look like to you?
4. Are you open to direct feedback?
5. Are you looking for a patch or an actual fix?
