Therapy And Counseling
Post Divorce - Balance & New Beginnings Coaching
1 hr
Ages: Adults
Divorce doesn’t just end a relationship — it shakes your identity, your confidence, and your sense of direction. Even when the decision was necessary, many people are left carrying anger, grief, guilt, fear, or a quiet question they don’t want to say out loud: How did I end up here — and how do I make sure I don’t repeat this? Post-divorce coaching is about stabilizing first, then rebuilding with intention. We focus on processing what actually happened (not rewriting history), identifying the patterns you contributed to or tolerated, and separating lessons from blame. This work helps you regain emotional footing, rebuild self-trust, and create clarity around who you are now — not who you were in survival mode. This isn’t therapy, and it’s not about staying stuck in the pain. It’s about closing one chapter cleanly so you don’t drag it into the next relationship, co-parenting dynamic, or season of life. We work on boundaries, emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making — so you move forward grounded, not guarded. - Divorce doesn’t define you. - Avoiding the work afterward will. If you’re ready to stop replaying the past and start building a healthier future — with clarity, confidence, and self-respect — post-divorce coaching creates the structure to do exactly that.

Premarital Counseling
Premarital Coaching (Highly Recommended!)
1 hr 15 mins
Ages: Adults
Love is the easy part. Marriage is where unexamined habits, communication styles, money beliefs, family dynamics, and emotional baggage all show up — at once. Most couples don’t struggle because they chose the wrong person; they struggle because they never learned how to do a relationship well before saying “I do.” Premarital coaching helps couples slow down before locking in patterns that will cost them later. We focus on honest communication, conflict styles, expectations, emotional safety, finances, intimacy, boundaries, faith or values alignment, and how each person shows up under stress. This work surfaces blind spots early — when they’re still manageable, not marriage-ending. This isn’t a checkbox program to satisfy a requirement. It’s prevention work. We challenge assumptions, clarify roles, and teach skills couples rarely learn on their own — how to listen without defending, disagree without damaging trust, and make decisions as a team. - Strong marriages aren’t built on hope. - They’re built on awareness, skills, and intentional choices. If you want to enter marriage grounded, aligned, and prepared — not guessing and reacting — premarital coaching gives you the structure to start strong and stay connected.

Honestly, I didnt want to go to anybodies therapy or class to talk about feelings but to appease my spouse, I went. Half way through the first session, I thought well damn, this might be something so I dialed it back 20%. Once that happened and as I continued to go, I learned a lot about myself and how I am wired (as they put it). I learned that I wasnt doing everything wrong but I needed to do somethings differently. The communication in my marriage is much stronger and Im better. Im still not a fan of therapy but if I need to do it again, I am going with Kenn and Life-Line.

Followed my passion to help others. Coaching and life issues have always made sense to me. I had the skill set to help others so I stayed at it. 15+ years later, that passion is still there.

I wasn't aware that there were "types" of people. I look at each person as a human, gender, and or issues aside so there is no judgment or bias.

    Do not move on emotion.

Know you're hiring them and not the other way around.

Be open during the process. It's for your own growth.

Know what you want the outcome to be.

Ask yourself are you ready to commit to the change that the interaction with a coach will bring about.

Are you doing this for you?

What do you want out if this?

    Why do you want it?

What would success look like for you?

Are you open for direct feedback?
