My name is Denise Rothman and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with experience treating adults, couples, children, and adolescents with various difficulties including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, ADHD, developmental disorders, attachment and adjustment disorders, family conflicts, and childhood trauma. I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental approach in working with my clients to help them achieve personal fulfillment and individual growth.

I believe that personal change can be effectively initiated by exploring behaviors that are not working well in our lives, and by looking at thought patterns that do not support healthy positive growth. In changing both thought and behavior, people see personal growth and maintain more positive relationships and lifestyles.
