About
We help clients understand what was inborn in them that they continue to struggle with on a daily basis. Our approach begins with a temperament analysis and as a foundation for understanding their struggles. We are unique in that while we provide individual counseling for clients we also provide premarital counseling and couples counseling as a couple so that you get the maximum feedback.
One unique thing about our practice is that we have some evening sessions for couples. This eliminates the problem of getting off work during the day. These sessions are done on a first-come basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- We do an initial phone conversation to make sure we are a good fit for what you are trying to achieve.
2- We collect some diagnostic information to allow us to get to know you.
3- We set a counseling plan tailored to your unique needs to help you achieve your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tim has an earned Doctorate in Christian Counseling and holds a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counseling designation with advanced certification certification from the National Christian Counseling Association. He is also an ordained minister in addition being a Certified Temperament Counselor.
Sheryl is a Certified Pastoral Counselor as well as a Certified Temperament Counselor.
Although we are pastoral counselors we are not "preachy" in our approach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Sessions are $80 per hour for individuals and $100 per hour for couples counseling. Intake costs consist of a one time $50 profile per person. We do offer a sliding scale rate.
Premarital packages are available for engaged couples that consist of 6 sessions for $450 that include the profiles for each person. Couples who go through the premarital process with us can add at a reduced rate, additional a la carte sessions based on their specific needs.
We offer in office counseling but also offer telehealth counseling via VSee or Zoom.
We are not in network with any insurance panel, therefore we do not accept insurance. We can give you a superbill that you can submit with your carrier as out of network coverage.
How did you get started in this business?
Individually, people have been attracted to us a counselors and mentors for years prior to our marriage. Eventually we both decided to do formal training to do something we felt called to do.

We have worked with teens, adults facing numerous problems, premarital counseling, and couples facing marital issues.
