What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is discuss the issue for a few minutes. I am a great listener but will get right to the point so that I am able to better serve my customer. If they need to be directed somewhere else, that is also discussed. I do not charge for my time so this makes it easier to let me know their needs. At that point, all they do is follow some clear and concise directions. I keep it simple.
