Everyone needs help dealing with life at times. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA issues, bipolar disorder, trauma, loss, or coping with daily life issues, I want to help. Life has a way of constantly changing, and whether the changes are desired or undesired, change can be stressful and too much to handle. I can help you plan for and deal with life changes related to career, divorce, death, relationships, gender & sexual identity, and other unique issues.
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach.
I utilize Mindfulness-based, Cognitive-Behavioral, Emotion-Focused, and other approaches depending on what the client needs. I offer both in-person sessions and video/telehealth sessions. My hope for everyone is that they find more peace, strength, and joy in life.
I often hear that I am non-judgmental and bring peace to tense situations. I combine acceptance of one's self with the goal of changing what does not work. Together, we can work on changing old thought patterns and behaviors to produce a life more like what you want.
