When representing clients in the establishment of foreign operations, we assist clients in structuring the corporate entity, tax planning, real estate issues, personnel issues and the establishment of operational policies and procedures. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pari spent the first few years of his professional career as a Chemical Technologist having trained in Chemical Engineering. He spent more than a decade as a business professional and executive in the Chemical, Energy and Informational Technology industries after completion of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 1987. Immediately prior to his law practice, Pari was the Vice-President of a Global Information Technology Company.
Pari graduated from Saint Louis University with a JD emphasizing International Law. Pari seeks to aggressively protect the rights and privileges of his clients. He is a passionate business coach and advocate. He is active with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), American Bar Association (ABA), The Missouri Bar (MOBAR) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has chaired and co-chaired various committees with the Bar Organizations. He is a Pro-bono legal adviser to various local and international not-for-profit organizations.
