I treat my clients like I am representing a friend or family member and I represent my client's best interest at all times. I also try to resolve cases without the need for costly and time consuming litigation when appropriate, but I am prepared to litigate any case where doing so will benefit my client. I have a finance and accounting degree in addition to my law degree from St. Louis University so I bring an understanding of business and finance to the estate planning, real estate and business matters that I handle that many other attorneys lack. I have been practicing law for over 15 years at Freeark, Dennis, Murphy, & Moskop, PC and have been a partner at my law firm for over 10 years. I previously worked in Monsanto's corporate law department, but I found that I enjoy helping individuals and small businesses more than large corporations and I find helping people and businesses in the community to be more rewarding. I have also been selected as a Super Lawyer, which is a peer reviewed recognition that I am proud of that since it is determined by other lawyers that I practice with in the Metro East Area. I am licensed in both Illinois and Missouri and I have a diverse skill set that allows me to effectively represent my clients and help them achieve their goals.

I enjoy helping people first and foremost. I enjoy coming up with cost effective solutions to help others solve their problems when a solution may not look possible. I also enjoy learning and improving on a daily basis so I can provide excellent representation to my clients.
