Bankruptcy is a complicated area of the law.  Filing a bankruptcy has real, serious consequences.  Therefore you want to work with an attorney who has actual real world experience filing bankruptcy.  Our firm is practices bankruptcy law almost exclusively, we have over 30 years of real experience, and we have had thousands of satisfied customers over those years

Bankruptcy should always be considered a last resort when debt becomes overwhelming.  This is the main thing to keep in mind.  Also beware of credit relief and credit negotiation programs that do not involve bankruptcy, as these programs often do much more harm than good, and do not come with the backing of the United States Court.
