What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Practicing family law since 1986 in the State of Kansas. Alan began as an associate with J. Bradley Short In 1986, then became a partner with McAulay, Heyl, Kincaid and Rosenak in 1987.
The Rosenak Law Firm was established in 1999, until the present time. Mr. Rosenak is an Illinois Presidential Scholar, after serving as Student Council President in high school. Alan has an M.A. and attended Washburn School of Law in the State Capital, Topeka, Kansas, where he received his Juris Doctor with Dean's Honors. There he was an Associate Editor of the Law Reviewand worked as a Clerk for the Kansas Supreme Court.
Alan has served on Boards of Marillac Children's Psychiatric Hospital, Adult and Juvenile Corrections. He is a Certified Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children the last 31 years.
Alan has practice Kansas Family law for the past 31 years.
