What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial interview, Usually by Zoom due to current conditions, execution of an attorney Fee contract setting forth the extent of the work, fee arrangements including any retainers. Upon the full execution of the Agreement and receipt of the retainer or cost advancement, if any, we will begin our representation of the client. We provide the client throughout our representation copies of all documents and correspondence received and all documents and correspondence sent on their behalf. We promptly report to the client all communications we have with the other attorney that is relevant to their case.
