This means that I have been recognized for having the "highest level of professional excellence" for both legal ability and ethical standards. I have also been selected to Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers. Only 5% of attorneys in Missouri and Kansas receive this distinction.
I am a problem solver and do my best to resolve the issues facing my client without unnecessary conflict. I have personal experience with divorce and the challenges of its impact on the children involved. My personal experience gives me unique insight into the issues faced by my clients. My wife and I also the facilitators of a divorce care class at our church.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 1991, I have been a shareholder in the law firm of Ferree, Bunn, Rundberg & Ridgway, Chartered. I am licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. I obtained my law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1991, after graduating cum laude from MidAmerica Nazarene College in 1980. Prior to attending law school, I was the co-founder and executive director of an adoption agency.

My hourly rate is $295 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I became interested in becoming an attorney while working as the executive director of and an adoption agency.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients are very diverse and no two situations are the same.

I appreciate it when clients tell me that I have made a difficult situation better for them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
Hiring an an attorney that charges a lower hourly rate will likely not save you money and they result will not be as favorable because of their lack of experience and qualifications.

You need to determine what are your priorities in resoliving your case.
