Talk by email and by phone. Meet and discuss the case
and how the courts work, often when we go to court.
Try to get the case dismissed, reduced, evidence suppressed, go to trial or negotiate a favorable plea agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been representing people charged with non-violent crimes in Missouri municipal, state and federal courts for over 35 years. I have won appeals in all 3 Mo Courts of Appeals and in the MO Supreme Court. I am a Baord member and Past President of the MO Assn of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I have been MO Coordinator for NORML for many years.
