About
I have worked for a decade in hospice care working in family dynamics at a time when time is critical. I bring a lot of experience to the table with a functional medical model looking at the whole person and their lifestyle choices: to include diet, activity level, sleep, hobbies, and quality of their relationships. I treat every client with respect and dignity and focus on the strengths that they bring to their lives. I work with trauma victims as well to include auto accident and Veterans. Trauma includes PTDS, depression, anxiety, sleep disruption, physical and emotional pain. I am passionate about our younger generations, and how the technical age has impacted their socialization contributing to depression, anxiety, and poor relationships within and outside the family unit.
I enjoy the individuality of my clients and watching my clients grow and lead healthier lives.
