Laura has a passion for working and strengthening community through equity and inclusion. She has had the opportunity of helping others establish healing and recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. She has the ability to give clients a space to feel safe and explore their experiences without feeling judged. Together, Laura and her clients will attempt to overcome conflict by helping recognize, label, and challenge perspective and self. Also recognizing strengths and developing other approaches to reduce situational stressors and identify meaning behind any internal conflict. Laura specializes in working with clients who strive for change among themselves in terms of self-growth. Some are just looking for a support system or ways to cope with transitions, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm and psychosis. Whatever the situation may be or what that might look like for you we will work through those burdens and struggles and find solutions and tools to manage these events.
