What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our customers face to face for the most part . We represent many out of our state clients too . Sometimes , time is a premium for our clients so we communicate by phone and internet.

Our firm is pragmatic - strategy based and very passionate about producing the right out come for our clients.
A new client will meet with me or one of my attorneys- go over the facts of their case and develop a strategy
We will lay out a game plan on what the anticipated cost will be up front .
Upon being retained to represent a new client our firm prides ourselves on maintaining active communication with our clients
