What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telephone or email consultation, then we move to the gathering of documents to the preperation of the forms and schedules, then signing and filing. A lot of this can be done remotely for convenience.
Last step is to go to court, which I attend with all my clients personally.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a good fit. With hands on attention from the attorney, not their staff, a new attorney who does not know anything yet.
I am a sole practicioner and I handle all my cases personally from start to finish. I have not staff. You get me all the way through!
