Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first client contact is the phone consultation to obtain preliminary information about the legal matter. Next is the face-to-face meeting where we gather records and detailed information about the client's case. Due to work and school commitments, I meet with clients and am available by phone seven days a week, morning, noon and night. When clients are confronted with legal matters, it helps that I am available nights and weekends so they don't have to take time off work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former Police Officer/Corporal and graduate of Notre Dame law school. I have been admitted to practice law in all Michigan and Indiana state and federal courts since 1996. My office is in Rochester Hills, Michigan and I primarily practice in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties but have had clients as far away as Marquette, Grand Rapids and Monroe.
