What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our integrated marketing process is simple; we listen to needs of the client, and then we research to better understand how the world perceives that brand before compiling our best recommendations. When we do, we identify prioritized phases of work, provide budget estimates and projected timing to complete the marekting improvments. We also provide data-driven ROI projections based on the course we recommend.

We have a bill practice that is transparent and seamless; our blended agency rate that allows us to be extremely agile and competitive with our pricing structure.
We can bill hourly or monthly (retainer) based on client preference and need - if you need it done quickly, we can do that. We can scale and pivot according to your program and timeline.
How did you get started in this business?
Finding a single resource that provides seamless marketing across all channels is difficult, so we created one. As lifelong 'creatives' at heart, we evolved and became the agency that we demanded but could not find.
We have had some of the same clients since we started this journey over a decade ago, a testament to the quality of the work and our commitment to longlasting and sustainable relationships.

We have worked with organizations large and small, from local food startups and entrepreneurs to global brands such as with Nike, Bernhardt Design, Cisco Systems and many more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research, and make sure the personalities are a good fit for you and your team. It's important that you understand the process; any agency you want to work with should be prepared to answer all of your questions and alleviate your concerns at the onset. If not, that is a red flag.
