What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Therapy is a road map to assist with problem-solving skills, enhancing your coping strategies for depression, anxiety, relationship problems, unresolved childhood issues, grief, substance abuse, same-sex attractions, stress management; and, body image issues.
You are your best therapist, allow me to assist you in managing personal growth, interpersonal relationships, family concerns, marriage issues, and everday life stressors. I will assist you with tools to enable your ability to put on glasses that provide a fresh perspective with a difficult problem, that will encourage and empower you ro identify a better direction and/or solution. You are the driver. It would be my pleasure to come along for the ride.

How did you get started in this business?
I started as a student and became counselor that led t becoming a counseling director in the ministry. After witnessing many marriages saved and life changes, I returned to college to continue in the field of helps. 20+ years later I have continued the journey with pleasure.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mental health, children (Pre-teens) to elderly and families. Many years of experience working with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, anger management, effective communication, low self-esteem, PTSD, poor self-image, couples, relationship problems and pre-marital counseling.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After many years in the field, I took a leap of faith and decided to start a full time private practice, no regrets.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advice I would offer a client seeking therapy is to be willing to be open, we all offer different skills and techniques in the field as clinicians.
After sending the first request that is your first step, continue the journey, do the work. It would be my honor and priviledge to assist you with active listening, support and encouraging you to be the best version of you. Therapy allows you to share without feeling judged, release the burdens of the past, so that you may advance to where you desire to be during this journey called life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
As a client be honest with yourself, there is only so much as therapist we are able to do. Ask yourself, are you ready to make a change? Are you tired of being sick of tired? Are you willing to do the work? Do you feel you need help with daily stressors, depression, anxiety, if you answered yes, you are ready. The real therapy starts at the end of each session, with the client doing the work.
