About
My treatment approach is compassionate, empathetic and prioritizes authenticity. I use an integrative approach to help clients find balance in their personal, academic, and professional lives. Working collaboratively, I guide clients as they explore their next steps toward achieving their goals and finding peace in their daily lives. I have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and navigating challenging life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
I offer a range of therapy methods grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet your specific needs. Some of my approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), family systems theory, and mindfulness techniques.
I understand the challenges of seeking treatment in a society that often carries prejudices, and I recognize the fear of judgment that can accompany this step. It’s important to me to emphasize that I work from a nonjudgmental and respectful standpoint, honoring each client’s unique identity.
