Dross Berman LLC
About
At Dross Berman LLC, our mission is to be aggressive, passionate and diligent in the representation of our clients, to fight hard every day for justice on their behalf, to recover what they have lost, to restore their dignity, and to make them whole again. We help victims navigate through difficult times. Whether it’s a catastrophic situation or a relatively minor incident, we strive to obtain just compensation for every client. This includes recovery for medical expenses, lost income, property damage, pain and suffering, inconvenience, and in many cases, permanent physical impairment and severe emotional difficulties. Each time we carry out our mission, we vindicate our clients, we make the responsible party and their insurance company accountable, and we make our community a little bit safer.
It is an honor to help victims of injury through their difficult time.

After we gather information, we will explain your legal options, and your legal rights. We will explain our strategy for handling your case and answer any questions you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorneys are licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia, as well as the Federal courts. We have been recognized by prestigous professional organizations such as Super Lawyers and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our firm works on a "contingency fee" basis. We do not get paid until we recover for you. This means that you do not have to pay any money out of pocket for our services. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.
How did you get started in this business?
Dross Berman's attorneys only handle personal injury matters, and have a combined 35 years of experience representing injury victims.
Mr. Berman chose to make a career of helping victims from his personal experience with his family and insurance companies. As a child, a teenage driver who was late to school ran a red light and changed his family’s life. In an instant, his father, the main breadwinner of the family, was left permanently disabled. Instead of stepping up to the plate for his family, the insurance companies did whatever they could to avoid being fair. It took three years of extreme financial hardship and stress on his family to reach a conclusion. After seeing his family go through this, he decided that being an advocate for victims was his calling.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All of our clients have either been injured or killed due to the negligence of another.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choosing an attorney is an important decision. It is important to have an experienced attorney who will put their clients first. It is also important to hire an attorney who is good at communicating with their clients. The biggest bar complaint that most attorneys face is that they do not communicate with their clients. You should consider not only experience and results, but also how good your attorney will be at communicating with you and notifying you about updates in your case.
