What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would consult with a prospective client to assess the nature of their issue. Once I decide to assist with their legal representation, I will send a retainer and start on the case immediately. Due to covid, all transactions outside of court houses will be contact less.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Juris Doctors from SUNY Buffalo law school.
