What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client- usually at their home. Information is gathered to determine whether there is a problem with accepting the matter and to learn about the matter. Then I ask if the person wants to move foward with Attorney Michael J. Szklasz. If so, a retainer agreement is executed.
