What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that the customer come in for a free half hour consultation with an attorney skilled in that specific area of law. At that consultation, we attempt to get an idea of what the customer needs and discuss possible avenues of resolution. We also discuss compensation and fee schedules at that initial consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2000 and started practicing law in 2001 with the Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian II. My partner, Nick LaFountain, joined the firm in 2004. Our Senior Associate, Mike Vosilla, joined us in 2008 as a law clerk and began work as an attorney in 2009. Upon Attorney Margosian's passing, we opened LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. in 2010.

We have various rates including flat fees, hourly fees and in some instances, contingency fees.
How did you get started in this business?
I've wanted to be an attorney since I was 12 years old. Attorney Margosian offered me a position in his general practice firm and I worked for him until his passing. I started out in residential real estate and family law and have now expanded my portfolio to include commercial real estate, business law, trusts and estates, contract law and a multitude of other transactional matters. My partner also started with Attorney Margosian but concentrates in all litigation areas including family law, civil law, personal injury and criminal defense.
