What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will start with a phone conversation to get the basic information and to get to know the client a little bit. If it seems like an issue that I can be helpful with, I will meet with the client and go over more specifics to see if the client wants to hire me. We can meet at my office or I can travel to the client. If the client decides to retain me, I become their full time working attorney, available for them 24 hours A-day 7 days a week.
