Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we pride ourselves on ensuring the client gets the best representation, we offer all of our clients a free 30-minute consult. We don't know how to help you until we speak.
During the consult, we determine the merits of the representation and if we are not a good fit, we refer out to our network of trusted attorneys.
We provide all options of meeting: Zoom, Phone, or in person.
Clients can also book a consultation by calling 978 482 7354 or visiting our website at www.sandaulegal.com.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10+ years of international and domestic business experience. We have also traveled in the seasons of life just as our clients have and can relate easily to our client's situations.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As each matter is different, we evaluate the cases and price accordingly.
We accept most major credit cards, money orders, and cash.
We also offer payment plans where appropriate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When seeking an attorney, it is important you have the right fit. You wouldn't hire a divorce attorney to do a bankruptcy and vice versa. Make sure the attorney and you are on the same page. Don't be offended if the attorney tells you they are unable to take your case, it may be there is a conflict within their existing client base or they are not competent in the area of law you are seeking. Also, don't base your decision solely on price either, rather evaluate it with their expertise.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please reach out, if only for a consult. My clients and prospective clients always tell me they are grateful for the amount of information I provide in a short period of time.
Lastly, it's great when a client has come to me having done their homework. This means you can ask super tailored questions to your individual needs and will save you time in long run.
