With over 20 years experience, I have successfully helped others with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, low self worth/esteem and relationship struggles. While providing a safe atmosphere where one feels comfortable talking about themselves, I help you to figure out what the issues are and how to best deal with them.. It's my experience that change occurs when one is feeling both supported and challenged. I try to provide both. I offer individual counseling to adults over 21 years of age.
