About

As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I have gained 10 years of experience providing concrete strategies, techniques and advanced tools to help my clients improve their relationships and live healthier, happier lives.

I enjoy helping people thrive in their close relationships. As a husband, father, and man, I work to embrace the true strength of what it means to be a male therapist that supports people through struggles of love and connection.

    Frequently asked questions

Normally, I provide a free phone consultation to discuss the struggles that you are facing. After that, if and when you are ready, we will discuss setting up an initial session. Due to COVID-19, all sessions will take place online via telehealth.

I earned my Bacherlor's degree in Psychology from Howard University, & a Master's degree in Family Therapy from University of Massachusetts - Boston. Since graudating with my Master's, I have gained my knowledge and clinicial experience providing relational counseling from: The Home for Little Wanderers, Department of Veterans Affairs (Beford Veterans Hospital), Wheelock College, Boston Public School, Boston Collegiate Charter School, & my own private practice that I have been running for 5yrs+.

Service fee is $175 per 45 minute session. I accept all major Credit/Debit/Healthcare-Flexible Savings Account (HSA/FSA) cards.

For those who have a PPO/POS health insurance plan, you are eligible for partial/full service payment reimbursment through your out-of-network benefits.

Once I became licensed in December 2013, I began the steps towards building my private practice. I started subletting under another therapist office in Jamaica Plain until I was able to gain enough traction in my business to have my own office. By October 2014, I established my practice fully in Dorchester. After 4 years, I transitioned the practice to Canton to be closer to my family. I ended up taken a year off and reopened in Wellesley in the fall of 2019.

I have worked with my clients whose relationship and family issues have caused problems in their lives. I am able to work with children as young as 12 for any family relationship work.

I would strongly advise to do your necessary research before picking the provider of your choice. Make sure that they have the necessary experience and specialize in the type of issue you are looking for support on.

Are they ready to start counseling? If counseling is for a couple or family, are all members willing to engage in the process together?
