I met Abriete Medore a little over a year ago, and in that time I have found her to be open, caring, non-judgemental and perceptive. During this period I have been in a search for a new, truer identity and in my contacts with Abriete I have found that she has been able to hold for me that space, that image of my truer Self in a way that helped me to believe in it more strongly and to learn to accept it as real. She has such an open-hearted approach to relationships, it feels like she makes herself vulnerable in a positive way that helps those she relates with to find that tender space within themselves, in order to better explore and heal that which needs healing.

My Experience with Karli K’s life coaching was amazing ! Going in I was at a low point in my life. I never knew I needed a life coach until I met her. She is a great listener and really took the time to understand who I was as a person. Something that stood out to me during our sessions that many of my past therapists lacked was the way that she presented advice to me. The advice she gave was specifically for me and pertinent to my story , not advice on what she would do if she were me . Her passion and positive outlook made all of our encounters very comforting for me. Thank you for inspiring me to live a more successful and purposeful life. I liked that an atmosphere was created for the client to feel comfortable and to speak freely. The counselor asked "Open questions" which gave me the opportunity to express my anxieties while providing her with the opportunity to gather adequate information about my concerns. She displayed active listening skills and was able to guide me into making good decisions. The counsellor was frank and unbias.
