About
Law Office of Ismail Mohammed
Attorney Ismail Mohammed provides quality family, criminal and immigration representation across the Boston Metro Area in. We offer a full range of legal services, including unbundled service as well as full representation.
Unbundled services are an economical way to offer certain services at a set rate for clients who only need legal help with a portion of their case. We can provide competent legal advice based on your individual needs, such as drafting the appropriate documents, reviewing a proposed agreement, or reviewing a file and providing a legal opinion.
With unbundled legal services, you can decide what you need help with the most. Of course, our firm is also available to take your entire case and represent you from beginning to end.
Family and Immigration matters can be the most challenging types of cases for an attorney to handle because of the complex law and emotions involved and the extremely serious consequences to the client's children, finances, and future if the case is not handled correctly. A good family and immigration attorney will have both the technical skill and experience to successfully represent their client and will also exhibit the compassion and understanding to make the process as painless as it possibly can be.
Contact Ismail Mohammed to retain an attorney who will work diligently to solve your problem. I look forward to meeting you and helping you with your case.

Being of service to my clients is what I'm passionate about. I understand that when my clients come to me, they might be anxious, frustrated and afraid. I sit down with my clients, have them describe to me their situation and we start formulating ways to solve their problems. My greatest joys come when I work with my clients and help them achieve their goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin the process with an intial free 30 minutes consultation. I evaluate my client's cases and determine the best course of action.
I utilize technology by providing my clients with access to a client portal which allows them to have a safe and secure way of communicating with me. It allow my clients to easily and safely upload sensitive information, see how their cases are coming along and many other important features.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Finance in College and Received my JD in 2000.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard pricing system, but I also offer unbundled services. If my clients want to retain more control of their cases, they can choose to hire me for specific parts of their cases while they handle the rest of the case. This allow the clients to not only have control of their case, but saves them money as well.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my law firm in 2004. I have a passion to help others, especially those that can't help themselves.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There are three in particular.
1. When my client was able to get full overnight visits when he had a one hour supervised visit.
2. When my immigration client won his deportation hearing.
3. When my client's OUI case was dismissed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Price although is important, it shouldn't be the number one factor. See how the attorney operates and ask him/her about their recent cases. Are they fully booked with cases? Will they have enough time to dedicate on your case.
