People should not be judged and characterized according to their mistakes; especially when they did not commit the crimes they have been accused of.

We begin with a free phone consultation to determine what the issues are and whether we can provide counsel for the caller's needs. We then schedule an initial meeting to give the client an understanding of the case and prepare a strategy. It is after this initial phone call and meeting that clients across the board report finally being able to feel some control and understanding and let go of the anxiety that accompanies the pressing legal issues they are confronted with.
After the military, Attorney Sweeney obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. He then attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law and graduated among the top of his class with a Juris Doctor Degree. In the years that followed, Attorney Sweeney prosecuted complex felonies for several years before entering private practice in 2007. In 2010, Attorney Sweeney entered the legislature and served two terms in NH House of Representatives sitting on the Criminal Justice Committee. Following his service on in the House, Attorney Sweeney became the Chairman of the NH Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section. He remains committed to defending the rights of the accused.
