What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide 30 minute consultations free of charge. During that consultation you and your attorney will review any relevant paperwork and your attorney will propose a course of action for your case. You may then decide if you'd like to use our services or not. If you choose to work with our office, we will review documents showing your income and expenses to develop a payment plan that works best for you and our office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff particpate in ongoing cultural competency trainings. Our legal staff are all experienced in providing trauma-informed representation and have handled hundreds of family law and juvenile court cases across Louisiana.
