How do I get started?

Feel free to browse our therapists on our website or if you're ready now, call Monica at (317) 969-7999 or schedule your first visit through our online client portal. After you schedule your first visit, your therapist will call you to answer any questions you have about getting started. Once you find your therapist, get ready to work! We don't do talk therapy, we build relationships and we do what works (using evidence-based practices) to help you thrive. Bring your whole self and a willingness to be an active participant in the process and we will too. Together, we'll set goals and create a plan to help you become your fullest self. We look forward to working with you!

We're not your typical counseling center.

Providing an excellent client experience that helps people feel cared for and supported is a high priority for us.
