I am a trauma informed therapist who specializes working with women who have been emotionally and verbally abused. "Healing from Heartache" is my 7 step approach for recovery from abusive relationships. I am certified in EMDR which is gold standard treatment for trauma but works equally well with anxiety and depression. I also work with children who suffer from anxiety or trauma.

I provide mental health counseling as well as wellness. I help clients build self esteem, confidence, and work through mental health issues. I do that by counseling, exercise, nutrition, and personal training. Some of the clients I have worked with have lowered their medication and some have eliminated their medication by my approach.
