About
When the prosecution is banging on the door to charge you with a criminal offense, I have your back! Whether going straight to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to annul Wisconsin's same sex marriage ban or defending against robbery charges of a 300 year old Stradivarius violin valued at $5 million dollars or challenging shackling of innocent defendants at intake court or even defending Jeffrey Dahmer's last victim Tracy Edwards from homicide charges, Attorney Paul Ksicinski practices cutting edge litigation.
I understand how scary a criminal prosecution can be. I respect the stress to which it subjects my clients. Even if the prosecution seems to have a strong case, I will seek to identify flaws that we can use to build a criminal defense case for your liberty. I know how much a conviction can change your life, and I will tirelessly fight the charges against you.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen, listen, listen! The secret to being a good lawyer is listening closely to the facts a client tells you about their case and only them discussing with them the law that applies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lawyers have to go to law school. But not all lawyers go through the school of hard knocks for 25 years in the intense setting of a urban public defender office like I did. I learned the importance of a client as a person, whether they were charged with a driving offense or a homicide. You must understand the person to understand their defense.
