What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a 20 minute interview to assess their needs and determine if we are a good fit for one another.
We then discuss tools they can use and then we discuss pricing. Pricing is based on the time and type of services they require.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's in Business Administration.
QuickBooks Pro Advisor Training
National Association of Certified Bookkeepers Certification.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I offer annual subscription packages that combine accounting, bookkeeping, tax and business management services. The annual packages range from $6,000 - $10,000 per year. I also offer alacarte services as well. These services are limited to bookkeeping services only and range from $1.50-$2.25 per transaction.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working as a tax preparer before I graduated from college and from there went to work for asset management companies. I always enjoyed managing and balancing client accounts and helping them to understand their finances.
