What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a no charge consultation. During the consultation we determine if the service required aligns with our services offered. If so we allow a cooling off period and send a written proposal the next day for review. If the proposal is accepted as drafted we may then move forward with our representation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
James holds his Juris Doctor degree from Drake University Law School and is licensed to practice in Iowa and Illinois.
