What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to help and educate all potential and current clients about the process of Legal & Identity Theft. I call/email/sitdown with all clients so they have a piece of mind about there current situation. My services are second to none and we have a benefit that can help all in any area of Legal!

Legalshield Legal Plan - $24.95 covers entire family
Member, Member Spouse or signigicant other, never married dependent children to the age of 26, anyone that you are the legal guardian of to age 18 and any physically or mentally disabled children for the life of the membership!
ID Shield - Indiviual $9.95 , or family $24.95
Family covers member and spouse up to 8 dependents to age 18
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business because I loved to help people. Anyway I can affect someones life positively, I do. This membership is saving people time, money, and aggravation. I'm just one of many who get the pleasure of assisting.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all walks of life. Doesnt matter what demographic or wealth principles I help all!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a young lady who was going to pay $8000 for an uncontested divorce. She signed up for the $24.95 membership and her divorce was covered in the membership and only wind up paying $325 for court fees.
I had a gentleman who recieved a traffic ticket in Georgia, fine was $469. Since he had our benefit he sent his ticket to the Illinois Law Firm which Hired the Georgia Law Firm. Long story short Ticket was reduced to a non moving traffic violation and the fine was reduced to $210.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get the membership, because it will cost you more without it!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
No question is a bad question. People need answers to their problems. I understand that we dont know what we dont know.
