What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial introduction and meeting or call we submit our representation agreement so all parties know what we are doing and the specifics of our representation. We may require a cost or fee retainer if the particular matter requires it. Our clients receive a monthly account of the services we rendered and the time incurred for each entry, and we remaina vailable to discuss our charges with our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 40 years of representing persons, families and businesses, I have substantial experience with business and commercial law, formation and dissolution of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, sales and contracts, collections and security, employment and trade secret protection, licensing and other business arrangements, and general business and personal representation. Our other experienced attorneys provide estate planning, business succession, personal injury, property damage, and other legal representation.
