What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 20 minute phone consultation for individuals seeking a therapist who is the "right fit" for them. During the consultation we learn about your concerns and determine how we may be able to help you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a variety of providers with education ranging from Master's to Doctoral Degrees and years in the industry from new graduates to decades of experience. As a result we are suited to meet the needs of cleints from all walks of life and needs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our self-pay rate ranges from $100-$200 per session and we can provide a super-bill for those seeking reimbursement. We also take select insurance plans.
How did you get started in this business?
We have been called to the service of others in meaningful ways. Each of us is dedicated to helping our clients mak positive, lasting change in their skills and lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide variety of people of all ages and backgrounds. We've been successsful helping people dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, adjustment, job loss, and stress.

We have had great success in helping others cope with a variety of concerns and make positive changes to bring joy and harmony back to their lives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't get overwhelmed by the process. It can be stressful to ask for help. Stick with it and believe you'll find the right guide for this journey.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Am I ready? Do I want to change my situation? How hard am I willing to work? Do I want a therapist who tells me what to do or a therapist who helps me decide what's best?
