What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Investigation:
First we work with our client to gather all of the evidence and Medical records about their case. We inspect everything and determine if your case is worth hiring a lawyer. Most clients are encouraged to hire a lawyer.
Negotiations:
We use the knowledge of the laws and how it empowers our clients to get the most they deserve. We demand that our client deserves everything the law gives them.
Trial:
If the defendant refuses to pay us for what we believe the law gives our client, we go to trial to present your case to a judge. We prepared to go to trial the day you signed up with Cronauer Law.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All lawyers are required to go through annual training to keep up with the changing laws. Cronauer law goes beyong the minimum training and enrolls their team in trial workshops and special training around the world, so our clients get world class results at every step of the legal process.

Our Firm is a long running Family Practice since 1988, and Nicholas Cronauer continued this legacy when he joined in 2007.

Do not just hire the lawyer closest to you, do your research and hire a lawyer with a solid record of winning AT TRIAL. Lawyers who only get settlements may not be getting the most their clients deserve.

How often is the lawyer going to trial? How many of their clients actually get to go to trial? Whats the most has the attorney ever obtained for their client?
