William A. Jaeger, PC
About
I have 40 years experience as an attorney representing clients in personal injury actions. I have a small practice limited to severely injured people seeking compensation. I have tried numerous seven figure cases, and have significant experience dealing with insurance defense opponents.
Because I accept a limited number of cases I can devote all my time to those clients. I do not waste valuable time on social media or chit chat.
I have taken many cases to the appellate level to assure my clients are not "lawyered" out of court.
Let me help you; all consultations are free.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a client In my office if they are able to make it downtown or at their home if that is more convenient for them. I take time to discuss all matters related to their incident to determine whether or not I believe they have a case. I review all documents in their possession relating to the incident including police reports, statements, medical records, and any prior insurance correspondence.
I take the time to discuss with a client all aspects relevant to their case including the pluses and minuses of personal injury litigation.
After an explanation of the actions taken to open their file and initiate their claim,I take the time to explain the entire litigation process as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the case. I always make sure that every question is answered before the meeting is ended.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My personal injury work is strictly a contingency fee of 1/3 of the total recovery plus expenses. If I don't recover money for the client no matter how much money I spend to develop the case the client owes me nothing. This contingency nature of our contract assures I must get results for you before I get paid at all. I hope you will give me the honor and privilege to represent, you and at the very least to answer any questions you may have
