Silvert Law
About
My practice outside of Illinois is limited to intellectual property matters as I am licensed to represent clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (since 1992). For all other matters, which are limited to contracts and other business matters, I am licensed in Illinois only (also since 1992).
The quality of my services are directly the result of training and experience and care -- from initial training in science, then employment in science and people management, to legal services for the the past 25+ years. I care about achieving the results discussed at the outset of every project -- let me help you!
Having clarified the ground rules that I must observe, please know that my efforts to advance business interests are among the best available! I look forward to meeting new clients and revisiting with current clients to identify ways I can help attain their goals. Even better, I enjoy accomplishing results that help clients achieve their goals!

Start a project with a patent or trademark search or an analysis of competitive tech and/or companies for a flat fee of $75 to $250, depending on perceived complexity. I'll spend between 2 and 3 hours on the initial project. After that, I'll charge my regular fees of $300 per hour, or a flat rate that requires that I understand your invention, business objectives and what it is that you want.
