What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a free consultation via telephone meeting or in person at my downtown or Lincolnshire office.

I usually like to have a consultation with client prior to quoting a fee. Meeting client in person is ideal but I can quote via telephone if I have enough information regarding the case.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business in 1999 after clerking for the public defender’s office and working for my father who has been an attorney now for over 50 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with customers who require legal services.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise a potential client to meet a few attorneys and pick the one he or she feels most comfortable with. In person meetings are the best method if at all possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should always have a timeline of events prepared prior to speaking to an attorney.
