James is a great guy and is very honest. He is not like all the other divorce attorneys. I highly recommend him. And already passed him on to a few friends. They feel the same way I do. If you are looking for a divorce attorney to get the job done, and not prolong the process for their benefit. He is the man to go too.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a free consultation via telephone meeting or in person at my downtown or Lincolnshire office.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Juris Docturate.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I usually like to have a consultation with client prior to quoting a fee. Meeting client in person is ideal but I can quote via telephone if I have enough information regarding the case.

How did you get started in this business?

I got started in this business in 1999 after clerking for the public defender’s office and working for my father who has been an attorney now for over 50 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with customers who require legal services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would advise a potential client to meet a few attorneys and pick the one he or she feels most comfortable with. In person meetings are the best method if at all possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Customers should always have a timeline of events prepared prior to speaking to an attorney.
