What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To try and answer all their questions and address their concerns. Being charged with a crime is very challenging for the arrested individual and their family. I will quickly try to assess the specifics of the case and formulate appropriate strategies. Every case is different. No case is too small or too complicated. Please contact me for a free initial consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a criminal defense attorney for over 20 years. I have tried hundreds of cases, from DUI to first degree murder. I formerly was a judicial law clerk for a panel of judges at the Criminal Courts Building in Chicago. This experience was valuable and eye-opening; I learned behind the scenes how judges think. I am familiar with all stages of litigation - from initial arrest to complicated post-conviction remedies.
